Blake was great to work with—responsive, proactive, and always willing to go the extra mile to keep me informed throughout the process. I truly appreciated his dedication, especially when he advocated for me while I explored better rates.
The overall experience was good, but I did face some challenges with the loan approval process. As someone who works in finance, I expected a smoother and more efficient timeline. While I understand there were factors on my end that contributed, there were also moments where the process felt slower than necessary due to changing guidance and last-minute requests.
That said, Blake remained professional and helpful, and I believe he did his best within the framework of his team. In the end, we closed on time, and I’m grateful for that. I would gladly work with Blake again and appreciate the effort he put into getting this done.
