We were told that we couldn't close on June 19th due to it being a federal holiday on the 17th. We were then told we would have to change all of our policies to start on the 18th instead. Just changing the homeowners insurance would've cost us over 400$. We were freaking out, all to discover that we could in fact close on the 19th.
None of this heart attack inducing information came from Blake Salmon. He was fantastic, and I would recommend him to others.

Mrs. Cola was willing to fight for us the whole way. She did her best to save our house buying process after a previous mortgage lender messed it up. We almost lost our chance to get our house and Mrs. Cola was able to save it. She was always open with us about the situation we were in and did her best to help us close on the house as soon as possible. She worked with our timeline and was always very helpful.
