Blade updated me during the process and kept my client updated. He was always available for my client to answer questions or concerns along the way. All parties from lender side were on top of things and kept the transaction running smoothly. This was for an out of town buyer moving his family to VA so Blade's attention to detail was even needed even more.

Katie made it great. There were some hick-ups along the way. Considering the complexity of our situation, it was to be expected.
Recommendation.. If you require a credit card to be paid down, please ascertain the ABA# and account # and have the funds wired! Providing the end user a bank check to mail USPS doesn't cut it. Addtionally, people have Credit Cards from banks not local to area.. i.e., Citibank. We recovered a large check with it made out to "citi". That's all the info on it. Unsat!. The attorney used pointed the finger at you, the lender. We the end user, stuck in the middle. So please, in the future, get the client's statement, obtain the ABA # and absorb the wire fee.
