Rob was truly amazing, he made us feel like friends instead of just clients. From day one, he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely excited for us. He even got us champagne to celebrate our new house!
What really stood out was how responsive he was. Every single time I called, no matter the hour, he picked up immediately and never let me go to voicemail. He answered every question I had, no matter how small or random, and always took the time to explain things in detail. He was completely transparent throughout the entire process, which gave us so much peace of mind.
