Ryan is such an amazing lender! I cannot recommend him enough. He is patient, he is diligent, he is understanding, and overall he takes time to really educate our clients. Closing was delayed a week due to appraisal issues. Wish the lending company would have been more on top of this to get an appraiser that can actually do the job faster, so we could have closed as desired. Made it very stressful for my clients and our side sales.
