Im BIG on communication and she kept me informed an stayed on every task that needed to be completed she also gave me encouraging words when I didn't feel I could go on. She showed she cared and worked her b*** off daily. She showed compassion and even when i became frustrated she remained calm. I will forever be grateful for the work she put in for me and my kids. Although Angela’s effort was great as usual my experience this time was not great due to the system or portal that is utilized. It was repetitive and didn’t save paperwork that had been submitted.
In addition the underwriting portion was pathetic as far as communication and between them and Angela. They were lazy.
Items they had in their possession from the beginning and no questions asked were made into last minute issues. This appears that they honestly didn’t do their job initially. Why wait until the day before closing to ask questions about things you had in your possession. From day one?
