It was a HUD property. It seemed HUD was not as engaged as I would have expected.

There was a miscommunication on when the VA appraisal request was submitted. Request was supposed to be be submitted on April 3, 24, however an employee failed to put the request in in a particular portal, and this delayed our appraisal by 2 weeks. The actual appraisal request was not submitted until about April 12, 24. Essentially we lost almost the entire month of April due to this critical oversight
