Brad was so helpful throughout the whole loan and buying process! He helped explain everything we were doing and what that meant for me. He was there every step of the way and was always easy to get ahold of for questions and advice. I appreciate all the work he did to help me get my home!

Sherry communicated with me from beginning to end. She was available for questions/concerns no matter how early or late. She reassure me even in doubt. No question was every to dumb and there were never too many questions. If she missed my called she returned within a hour. For a women so busy I felt like I was only client. Brad kept us informed during the process and was responsive to questions and emails. Loved the ap and being able to get status updates as well as uploading documents. Made the process much easier.
My only “complaint” is that underwriting took a while and didn’t finish until literally the day before closing. We understand that the market and low interest rates are lead to increased volume, But the length of tome was stressful. Brad’s team and the underwriter contact did get it done!
