Jennifer's constant communication and understanding with our challenges to get her what she needed. She proactively thought of other ways to provide what was needed. I.e it was very difficult to get what was needed from USAA HR because their letters are generic and didn't have the information in them that was needed. She was able to refrence a previous closing with a client from USAA and showed me what they were able to provide without using HR. that was only one thing- she was great. I know we were a headache but she never made us feel that way.
The APP and Docusign made it easy to submit docs, sign them and know what was left on our "to do" list.
I don't have any complaints- except interest rates and that's out of your control
