In some instances, specific questions in email correspondence were overlooked or missed, including critical items that ultimately delayed achieving a clear to close. These questions, though important, were not addressed in a timely manner, resulting in last-minute requests that created unnecessary stress for the buyers and complications with scheduling the final walkthrough. It seems that some of these items should have been identified and requested much earlier in the process to avoid such last-minute pressure.
