Im BIG on communication and she kept me informed an stayed on every task that needed to be completed she also gave me encouraging words when I didn't feel I could go on. Although Angela’s effort was great as usual my experience this time was not great due to the system or portal that is utilized. It was repetitive and didn’t save paperwork that had been submitted. In addition the underwriting portion was pathetic as far as communication and between them and Angela. They were lazy. Items they had in their possession from the beginning and no questions asked were made into last minute issues. This appears that they honestly didn’t do their job initially. Why wait until the day before closing to ask questions about things you had in your possession. From day one?

It is not often you come across people like Angela these days. I was settling for the service and type of loan I was getting from another company. When Angela was informed of this, she jumped into action, researched all the possibilities for me, and was able to offer me the best loan for my needs. I immediately switched lenders. She communicated with me every step of the way, she made sure I understood the service and loan options available, and was able to close me right away to meet the deadline of the sellers. I can’t say enough great things about her! I just wished I found her to help me with my previous homes! Angela, you really are great at what you do and your company should be proud to have you!
