I really appreciate how patient Angela was as we worked through this process. I have no idea if our mortgage was more or less complicated than the norm (from our perspective everything felt like a BIG deal). Angela took all of our questions and concerns in stride and worked through everything with us until we felt good about things. The mortgage loan that we came out of this with is more than we could have ever hoped for, in large part from the problem solving spirit that Angela brough to the table. Thank You!

We have had Angela as our loan officer for 7 years, thru 3 home purchases. We will NOT deal with anyone else. She is truly awesome, at what she does. She has the knowledge to make things happen, and make the process run smoothly. If there is a hick up during the process, she is there to iron it out. Angela goes above and beyond for you, ALL the time. She is a credit to the Tidewater company. She single-handedly does the work of at least 10 people.

Im BIG on communication and she kept me informed an stayed on every task that needed to be completed she also gave me encouraging words when I didn't feel I could go on. She showed she cared and worked her b*** off daily. She showed compassion and even when i became frustrated she remained calm. I will forever be grateful for the work she put in for me and my kids. Although Angela’s effort was great as usual my experience this time was not great due to the system or portal that is utilized. It was repetitive and didn’t save paperwork that had been submitted. In addition the underwriting portion was pathetic as far as communication and between them and Angela. They were lazy. Items they had in their possession from the beginning and no questions asked were made into last minute issues. This appears that they honestly didn’t do their job initially. Why wait until the day before closing to ask questions about things you had in your possession. From day one?

It is not often you come across people like Angela these days. I was settling for the service and type of loan I was getting from another company. When Angela was informed of this, she jumped into action, researched all the possibilities for me, and was able to offer me the best loan for my needs. I immediately switched lenders. She communicated with me every step of the way, she made sure I understood the service and loan options available, and was able to close me right away to meet the deadline of the sellers. I can’t say enough great things about her! I just wished I found her to help me with my previous homes! Angela, you really are great at what you do and your company should be proud to have you!
